This site is an online store selling personalised gifts which I worked on while with Strathern Associates. 

The original site was a WooCommerce store using a WordPress theme that was no longer maintained. It also relied on multiple plugins which where slowing the speed of the site.

More Details

Image optimisation scripts where deployed to manage image size with lossless compression and pagespeed /yslow improvements where applied to server and files. An updated logo and a new WordPress Theme was created with many of the previous plugin features incorporated.

A custom back-end system was created to mange products, suppliers, accounting and sales information. This allowed shop managers to easily export orders needed for specific suppliers and see reports relating to sales/profits etc.
